Sérgio is a native of Leiria, but lives in  Porto de Mós. He is osteopath since 2005, having been a student at Universidade Lusíada. He has been active as an osteopath in his own clinic since 2005, previously he was linked to high competition sports, namely the Portuguese Athletics Federation and Vidigalense Youth.
